Background check reports provided by Expedited Background Check, LLC are consumer reports as defined under the FCRA. They may only be requested and used for permissible purposes, which include:

- Tenant screening (with written consent from the applicant)
- Business transactions initiated by the consumer
- Other permissible purposes as defined in 15 U.S.C. § 1681b
Clients certify at the time of each order that they have a permissible purpose for requesting the report and will use it in compliance with all applicable laws.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients who use our background screening services agree to:
- Obtain proper written authorization from the subject of any background check before ordering
- Provide accurate and complete information when submitting screening requests
- Follow all applicable FCRA pre-adverse and adverse action procedures when making employment or housing decisions based on a report
- Keep report information confidential and secure
- Not share reports with unauthorized third parties
4. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of background check reports. However, the accuracy of any report depends in part on the accuracy of public records and third-party databases that we do not control. We are not liable for errors or omissions in underlying source data. If you believe a report contains inaccurate information, contact us immediately.
